Sarah Slone is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse who was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. She moved to Florida in 2014 with her husband and their four children. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Indiana Wesleyan University and went on to receive her Master’s degree from South University. She is board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Sarah has over 20 years of experience in the medical field, including both hospital and outpatient care settings. Her most recent experience includes family medicine, mental health, and weight loss management. She is deeply passionate about her patients and their health. Sarah provides skilled and compassionate care to patients and their families, with a strong focus on preventive care, health education, and the treatment of acute and chronic conditions. She values building meaningful connections with her patients and the community she serves and enjoys giving back through volunteer work.
