Dr. Santos Garcia Hernandez, a native of Puerto Rico, embarked on his medical journey in the Dominican Republic, where he earned his Medical Doctorate from the Pontificia Catolica Madre y Maestra University. Driven by an unwavering passion for surgical excellence and a profound commitment to nurturing the health of our next generation, he chose to specialize in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

His residency training took place at the distinguished Dr. Jose N Gandara Hospital in Ponce, Puerto Rico, further solidifying his expertise in the field. For over two decades, Dr. Garcia devoted himself to providing comprehensive care and promoting the well-being of women in the western region of Puerto Rico.

Subsequently, drawing upon the wealth of knowledge and experience acquired over the years, Dr. Garcia made the decision to transition to primary care practice in the United States. Here, he has dedicated more than five years to delivering exceptional healthcare services. Throughout this time, Dr. Garcia has been instrumental in elevating the health outcomes of his patients through a steadfast focus on preventive care and evidence-based medicine.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Dr. Garcia finds joy in quality moments spent with his family. He is also a talented pianist with a deep appreciation for music and takes pleasure in following baseball and basketball sports. Dr. Garcia is poised to bring forth a wealth of experience, unyielding dedication, and a profound commitment to the Premier Medical Associate family and, most importantly, to our cherished patients.
