Dr. Roilan Garcia Noblet is an accomplished physician with extensive experience in Internal Medicine, Primary Care, Psychiatry, Emergency Care, and Clinical Research. Originally from Cuba, he earned his medical degree with honors from the Superior Institute of Medical Sciences of Santiago and completed his Internal Medicine residency at Hospital General Docente De Guantanamo. He further enhanced his expertise with a Rotatory Internship at HIMA San Pablo-Fajardo in Puerto Rico, where he received the "Extra Mile Award" for outstanding performance. With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Garcia has excelled in various medical settings, including emergency departments, psychiatric units, and primary care clinics.
