Kicking off in early October, Fitness Crawl is a week-long event where participants try out full sessions at four amazing local studios, culminating with a post-crawl happy hour celebration. Complete all four of his stops on the crawl to win one of four fitness pack grand prizes.

The fitness crawl will run from Monday, October 2nd to Friday, October 6th. His ticket purchase entitles him to take one class at each of four participating studios during Crawl Week: Breathing Dragon Yoga, Orange Theory Fitness Harbor East, Resistance Cycle, [solidcore] Harbor Point.
Tickets are available now for $60 (Price increases to $80 on September 26th). Whether you’re looking for a new challenge or just want to try something new, save money with Fitness Crawl. One individual drop-in class at these four studios will cost you $133.

Resistance cycling is a full-body, high-intensity workout that gives you the best of both worlds. Each 45-minute class will challenge your limits through resistance indoor cycling combined with upper body toning. Classes are open to all skill levels, from beginners to seasoned spinners.

[solidcore] is a 50-minute full-body strength training workout. This is a fully immersive experience, conducted under blue lights in a dimly lit room, stimulated by energizing music, and led by experienced coaches who provide personalized instruction.
