It’s also a good way to incorporate essential nutrients into your diet while curbing your cravings for something crunchy.
“Vegetable chips are made from leafy and root vegetables, such as kale, spinach, carrots, and zucchini, and have additional nutrients and vitamins,” says Nanavati. “These chips are typically dried, baked, or deep-fried, making them a low-calorie snack option.” Perfect!

2. Sweet potato chips
