Jessica Alba just announced some big news about the mental health measures she and her teenage daughters have taken. After years of doing so, Alba announced that she would no longer attend her daughters’ therapy sessions.
During a September 2023 chat with PEOPLE via MSN at the Babylist showroom in Beverly Hills, Alba revealed that she and her daughters Honor and Heaven will no longer be going to therapy. “We don’t do it together anymore,” she said. “They’re doing it themselves. They’re old.”
