- Lean into discomfort: Visualize your discomfort when your friend chats with you over coffee. What are you trying to convey?
- Redefine and rewire. Dissonance prompts us to integrate new information and reconstruct our views. Talk to people of different beliefs, read books of different genres, and watch Barbie movies to deepen your understanding of reality and challenge your own prejudices.
