Mavis Manal revealed in an interview with 1News that she was an active person. Since her teenage years. The captain of her basketball team and a swimmer in the past, she values working out and lifting gives her a break from all the stress in her life. “My favorite part is that when I walk through that door, it feels like I’m coming home.” Manal said. “Everyone is wonderful.” Manal, who has been training at Ignite Fitness for the past seven years, has a great reputation within the gym due to the dedication and discipline he shows when it comes to lifting.
Manal trains six times a week and is very disciplined when it comes to training. Two years ago, she had to stop driving because her eyesight became weak. But that didn’t stop her from lifting. A fellow lifter at her gym said this about her: “She’s such an inspiration. We look at her and think, ‘I can’t even do half of what she does,’ but that motivates you to keep going. You know that.” another member of her gym revealed. “She is truly the mistress of the gym.”

“I encourage people to take care of themselves throughout their lives, and she started doing that, and she hasn’t stopped now. She wants more.” Kerrigan said. “When she sees someone doing something, she’s going to want to do it too. So we have to adjust it a little bit to see if she can do it.” Her trainer revealed.
