Shawn McNichol

Shawn is a Physician Assistant at Premier Medical Associates with more than 4 years experience in Psychiatry and Neurology within the Leesburg and Villages communities. Shawn acquired his BA from Emory University in Atlanta Georgia then later obtained his Master in Medical Science for Physician Assistants at NSU in Orlando Florida.

He has experience in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric medication management of depression, anxiety, psychotic disorders, substance abuse, and other mental health disorders, as well as inpatient neurologic management experience of strokes, seizures, dizziness, migraines, neuropathy, and other neurological disorders. He is a veteran of the United States Army, and in his free time he enjoys being active with his wife and two children.
