Sarah Slone, APRN

My name is Sarah Slone and I am an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse.  I was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. I moved to Florida in 2014 with my husband and our four children. 

 

 I received my bachelor’s degree from Indiana Wesleyan and went on to receive my Master’s degree from South University. I am board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

 

I have over 20 years experience in the medical field including hospital and outpatient care.  My most recent experience has been in family medicine, mental health and wt. loss. 

 

I am very passionate about my patients and their health. I offer skilled and compassionate care to patients and their families with a focus on preventative care, health education, and treatment of acute/chronic health problems. I enjoy connecting with my patients and the community where I serve, as well as giving back to the community by volunteering.
