Jaime Leavitt, APRN
Advance Practice Registered Nurse
Born in Illinois, she received her Masters at Chamberlain University and has developed a passion for Internal Medicine and helping others get back to their optimal health. She has experience working in multiple fields including LTAC, PPECs, SNF, and managing patients with acute and chronic diseases . She worked at Umass and Rush hospital in Illinois and Massachusetts helping with Covid 19 operation teams and assisted in many clinics located in Chicago during the pandemic.
As a Nurse Practitioner, her goal is to make an imprint on healthcare and provide the best care to all my patients. She is currently accepting new patients at our offices located in The Villages.
