Dr. Francis Chalas Hungria is a Board-certified Internal Medicine physician from the Dominican Republic, with experience in primary-preventative healthcare and clinical research. He obtained his medical degree from Instituto Tecnologico de Santo Domingo (INTEC).
He completed his residency at Nassau University Medical Center in 2017 in New York and was selected as Chief Resident of his program.
Dr. Chalas Hungria has been working as a primary care provider since 2018. As a primary care physician, He understands the importance of building strong doctor-patient relationships.
Dr. Chalas Hungria has proficiency in English and Spanish.
